What we do
Framewise Health, Inc. is an AI healthcare company building personalized patient education videos for hospitals. Each video is generated for a specific patient based on their condition, discharge instructions, and care plan, then delivered via SMS link in the days following discharge.
Our goal: reduce preventable hospital readmissions and improve patient outcomes by making discharge education actually understood, retained, and acted on.
Who we work with
We partner with hospitals and healthcare systems as a HIPAA Business Associate. Patients are enrolled by clinical staff during hospital intake or discharge planning at the sponsoring partner hospital, with written consent captured at that time.
